Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on October 10, 2023 found that Golden Care of Northeast PA, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state licensure follow-up survey completed on August 21. 2023.
